I just had a session , what do i need to do next?
This will depend on the session type you had. In most cases , you should have received a CD-ROM with your digital contact sheet by the end of the shoot. If you requested the online portfolio you will be required to subscribe to this website . The portfolio access info will be emailed to you once  the images are available online.

When will my online portfolio be ready?
This may depend on the  session type you had. Most client will have the online portfolio activated within 48 hours.

Do i need to subscribe?
Yes. There is no charge for this  .

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to  digital  photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Koval Studio photos that I download?
Yes. While Koval Studio offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
